2. Information and estimates

Website content, package ranges, timelines, and service descriptions are provided for general guidance. Final scope, pricing, and delivery dates may change based on project complexity, revisions, third-party requirements, or client response times.

3. Quotes and project kickoff

A proposal, invoice, written agreement, or approved message thread may be used to confirm project scope. Work normally begins after scope confirmation and any required upfront payment.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, assets, approvals, and feedback needed for delivery.
  • Confirm that supplied content, logos, images, and brand materials can be used legally.
  • Review work promptly to avoid unnecessary project delays.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kumtech Gateway retains ownership of preliminary concepts, internal frameworks, and unused design directions. Final approved deliverables are typically transferred or licensed to the client after full payment for the agreed scope.

6. Third-party platforms and dependencies

Some work may depend on hosting providers, ad platforms, Google services, domain registrars, payment systems, plugins, or external APIs. Kumtech Gateway is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy decisions, or pricing changes imposed by third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

Kumtech Gateway aims to provide reliable, professional work, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, platform approval, exact ranking positions, or specific business outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.
